Naturopathic Care

Care that follows
a process, not a hunch.

Every NatuRx client moves through the same five stages — assessed, planned, nourished, supported and followed up — with a licensed naturopath accountable at every one of them. Nothing reaches you until someone has reviewed it and signed their name to it.

How care actually unfolds

Five steps, one accountable thread

No track jumps straight to a bottle of something. Each step below has to happen, in order, before the next one opens — and a verified practitioner is attached to every one of them.

Step 1 of 5

You complete a structured intake — history, current medications, allergies, lifestyle and lab or imaging uploads if you have them. Red-flag symptoms are screened right here, first, before anything else happens. If something looks urgent, you're told to seek emergency care immediately, not asked to wait for a reply.

Plan step badge
Step 2 of 5

A verified naturopath reviews everything you submitted and drafts a protocol around your own history and goals — not a generic bundle. You'll see exactly what's recommended and why before you're asked to commit to anything.

Nutrition step badge
Step 3 of 5

Food comes first. Your practitioner sets out what to eat more of, less of, and when — functional foods and simple meal rhythm changes that do most of the quiet work long before any botanical is introduced.

Step 4 of 5

Herbal and botanical support is added only where it's warranted, at doses and durations your naturopath sets. Higher-potency botanicals in the apothecary stay locked until your signed protocol specifically unlocks them.

Follow-up step badge
Step 5 of 5

Your daily check-offs and how you're feeling flow back to your care team automatically. Your practitioner reviews adherence and adjusts the protocol as you go — care doesn't end the day it's signed.

What "signed" actually means
A name, a license and a timestamp — attached to your plan

A draft protocol is just a suggestion. It only becomes your protocol once a verified naturopath reviews it against your intake, e-signs it, and puts their name and credentials on it. That signature is what unlocks your daily plan and, where applicable, the restricted items in the apothecary — and it's also what makes your naturopath accountable for what's in it.

  • No protocol reaches you unsigned
  • Every version is dated and kept on file
  • You can see your practitioner's name and credentials on every plan

Prepared, not just prescribed

Your protocol becomes something real

Once your plan is signed, it doesn't stop at a PDF. Our apothecary fulfils the exact items and doses your naturopath specified, prepared and portioned the traditional way, then tracked against your daily plan so both of you can see whether it's actually being followed.

Nothing high-potency ships on a whim — the apothecary checks every restricted item against your signed protocol before it's released.

Safety first, always

The guardrails behind every step

Traditional & complementary care still needs modern guardrails. These run quietly behind every step above, whether or not you ever notice them.

  • Red-flag screening on intake. Danger symptoms — chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding and more — trigger an immediate stop-and-seek-care alert, not a "monitor it" response.
  • Practitioner verification. Every naturopath on NatuRx is credential-checked before they can review an intake or sign a protocol.
  • Referral when it's indicated. If your presentation calls for conventional diagnosis or treatment, your practitioner says so and refers you — traditional care isn't used to talk you out of a doctor's visit.
