1. Who we are

NatuRx ("the Platform") is owned and operated by AlliedTech Solutions Corp. ("AlliedTech", "we", "us"), a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and AlliedTech. By creating an account, booking a consultation, purchasing from the apothecary, enrolling in the Academy, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service — we are a platform, not your doctor

The Platform connects you with independent, licensed naturopathic practitioners and provides tools (intake, records, protocols, scheduling, reminders, an online store, and educational content). AlliedTech does not practice medicine, naturopathy, or any healthcare profession, and does not employ the practitioners on the Platform. Each practitioner is an independent professional solely responsible for the advice, protocols, and services they provide. Services are offered as traditional & complementary medicine consistent with PITAHC (Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care) standards and are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Emergencies: the Platform is not an emergency service. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to (a) provide true, complete, and current information in your intake, health records, and account; (b) keep your login credentials secure and accept responsibility for all activity under your account; (c) use the Platform only for lawful purposes and only for your own care (or that of a person you are legally authorized to represent); and (d) follow the directions of licensed professionals and product labels. Withholding or misstating health information (including medications, allergies, and conditions) can make recommendations unsafe; you accept sole responsibility for the consequences of inaccurate information you provide.

4. Restricted therapeutic products

Certain high-potency products can only be purchased under a practitioner-signed protocol. You agree not to attempt to obtain restricted products without a valid protocol, not to resell them, and not to share them with any person they were not prescribed for. AlliedTech may refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at its discretion, including where a protocol has been withdrawn or superseded.

5. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos and processed through AlliedTech's secure payment facilities. By paying you authorize AlliedTech and its payment partners to charge your chosen payment method. Memberships renew for successive periods until cancelled from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but already-started periods are not refunded pro-rata. Consultation fees are refundable only when the practitioner cancels or fails to attend. Apothecary items are perishable or hygiene-sensitive and are returnable only when damaged or incorrect on arrival, reported within 48 hours with photos. Any refund is issued to the original payment method. Initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorized, while retaining the goods or services, is a breach of these Terms.

6. Privacy and health information

We process your personal and health information under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its IRR. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, storage (encrypted at rest for clinical uploads), and processing of your health information for the purpose of delivering your care, and to its disclosure to the practitioner(s) handling your case. We do not sell your personal data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to no-reply@naturarx.online; deletion may be limited by our legal duty to retain clinical and financial records.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, text, imagery, course materials, and trademarks are owned by AlliedTech or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform, including Academy course content and certificates.

8. Acceptable use and termination

AlliedTech may suspend or terminate your account, cancel bookings, or withhold services at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, abused staff or practitioners, attempted to defraud the Platform, or created risk for other users. You may close your account at any time; sections 5–12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlliedTech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and the accuracy of informational content (including lab-reference readings, which are informational and always subject to practitioner review). Traditional assessment methods offered by practitioners (iridology, live blood analysis, QMRA and similar) are not validated diagnostic tests and are presented only as complementary practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law: (a) AlliedTech is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or protocols of any independent practitioner; (b) AlliedTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; and (c) AlliedTech's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AlliedTech through the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlliedTech, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, inaccurate information you provided, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before filing any action, you agree to first raise the dispute with us in writing and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution. Any action that cannot be resolved shall be brought exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version date above will change, and continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.
